Everyone, regardless of their gender identity, nationality, age, or any other circumstance, has the right to decide whether to terminate a pregnancy, to undergo the procedure, and to access Healthcare providers must offer respectful treatment, clear and precise information, privacy, and confidentiality while respecting the patient's autonomy. In any case, the abortion procedure must be guaranteed within the first ten (10) days of the request.Additionally, post-abortion care and access to contraception must be provided.
