I had no effects after taking the first pill (Mifepristone) and 24 hours later I took the 4 pills recommended (Misoprostol). I started bleeding 2 hours later and had painful cramps every time I was passing blood clots. After a few hours I had diarrhea and passed the 6 weeks embryo. It looked like a white sac.
