I found this page because of a comment someone made on Facebook. I must confess when I found out my world kind of fell apart. When I clicked on the link I was very happy to find that the information was clear. I was always in communication with them via email and that was a huge help. They provide excellent support, treat you with respect and give you accurate information. My abortion was definitely not a “nice” experience, but there are some of us who are faced with a pregnancy at a difficult time in our lives, and far from illusions, we are faced with a deep fear and uncertainty. I read more than once the instructions, took the medication as was indicated to do so. I had chills, diarrhea and vomiting, but knowing that these were normal, I knew how to manage what my body was experiencing. The cramps came after and they were very strong, lasting about 20 minutes and came the very abundant bleeding with large and small blood clots. The heaviest part lasted about 2 or 3 hours. Taking Ibuprofen helped, even though it didn’t take the pain away entirely. The cramps came and went and the heavy bleeding stopped after 2 or 3 hours. The bleeding after that was like my normal period.
