At RightsCon 2025 in Taipei, Women First Digital (WFD) actively participated in discussions on digital censorship and reproductive rights.

The conference underscored the challenges abortion rights organizations face in digital spaces and the need for collective strategies to counteract censorship. Additionally, WFD contributed to conversations on regulating artificial intelligence to protect marginalized communities and ensure ethical digital practices. RightsCon served as a vital platform for WFD to engage with global partners and advocate for equitable digital access to reproductive health information.

From September 19–21, 2024, Women First Digital (WFD) participated in the FIAPAC Conference in Brussels, presenting three abstracts on digital innovations in abortion care. Highlights included a poster on provider e-learning via HowToUseAbortionPills.org, a chatbot-counselor synergy model from safe2choose.org, and an oral presentation by the Repro Uncensored coalition on combating digital censorship of abortion information. WFD also signed the European Safe Abortion Networking Group statement for International Safe Abortion Day and launched a new coalition video spotlighting the fight against online suppression of reproductive health content.

At the FIGO 2023 World Congress in Paris, Women First Digital (WFD) and safe2choose actively participated, presenting three times: one oral abstract and two films at the Film Festival. The oral presentation, scheduled early in the conference, attracted the largest audience and sparked discussions on data utilization for future research.
